Our Story
Two brothers born and raised in Athens, Greece, Ioannis and Apostolos Konstanteas spent their childhood summers at Mykonos, gradually falling in love with the island. Driven by their passion and young-age enthusiasm, they decided to start a business of their own, establishing the King of Villas in 2018.
Initially starting with 7 villas only, the King of Villas quickly became one the fastest growing companies in the industry of luxury villa rentals, having exponential growth on both the number of properties listed as well as guests.
Today, our portfolio includes 100+ luxury villas and suites for rent in Mykonos, meticulously selected to meet the highest standards and needs of our high-end clientele. Our goal is to expand our villa and suite portfolio even more, move to other destinations as well and build strong business relationships with our precious clients, who are at the center of everything we do.
