The one-bedroom suite occupies a total area of 60m2 on one level, comprising of a fully equipped kitchenette and a living room with an expandable sofa bed that can easily accommodate 2 persons.
The suite also features full air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, safe deposit box and alarm system. The shared pool blends with the blue of the sea, creating views that last for a lifetime. The outdoor area of Ruby Suite offers various corners for gatherings and relaxation with Mykonos Town and the Aegean sea as the perfect backdrop.

Payment & Cancelation Policy
- Payment: A 30% deposit of the total accommodation amount is required to confirm the booking, which is non-refundable
- The remaining amount (70%) to be settled at least 14 days prior to arrival
- In case of force majeure event and with written notice up to 14 days prior to arrival day, a voucher equal to deposit value will be issued, to be used for the same residence, period and length of stay, within the next 12 months
- Cancellation: In case the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, the total reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fee
- No Show policy: 100% of the reservation will be charged as penalty fee
- Early Departure policy: 100% of the remaining reservation cost will be charged as penalty fee

- Check-in: 3 pm
- Check-out: 11 am
- No dogs allowed
- No parties with exterior visitors allowed
- No loud music, outside the predetermined time limits, by local authorities
- No smoking allowed inside the suite
- The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable and tidy state
