The house is located in Choulakia area, offering a unique sea and sunset view, very close to the road network of the area, while preserving its autonomy and quietness. The villa is also just 9 minutes away from the town by car and close to many restaurants and bars.
The villa includes 4 fully equipped bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people comfortably. There is also room for placing a baby cot in the house. Each bedroom has sea view and its own bathroom with toilet and shower, built in a Myconian traditional style.

The house also has all electronic and electrical appliances, washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave and coffee makers. It has conventional pots and professional pots for more demanding and organized guests. All kinds of indoor and outdoor towels, sheets, pillows and blankets are provided.
